First Baptist Church of Milligan believes
- The Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God without error.
- Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin
- That we are all sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God
- That Jesus came to this earth to pay the price for our sin
- That His precious blood paid the price for every man, woman, and child; but it only effective to those who place their trust in Him.
- That there are two ordinances of the church. Baptism which takes place after salvation and the Lord's Supper which is a memorial supper whereby we remember the sacrifice made for us.
